Privacy Policy
How account, technical, support, and payment-related information is used to operate FlexShark.
Your data and choices
Introduction
FlexShark takes user privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, when we share it, and what choices users have when using the website, dashboard, automation features, support tools, and payment features.
Account information
We may collect account details such as name, email address, phone number, country, timezone, referral code, notification preferences, registration date, account status, demo status, payment access status, and support history so we can create and operate your FlexShark account.
Amazon Flex connection information
When you choose to connect an Amazon Flex account, FlexShark may store or process the information needed to operate that connection, such as account identifiers, Amazon display details, region, device-registration status, tokens, session metadata, station and service-area information, block search results, accepted blocks, rejected or missed block details, and related operational logs. FlexShark does not ask for or store your Amazon password.
Automation and usage data
We may collect data about how your account uses FlexShark, including bot start and stop status, filters, schedule windows, selected stations, block history, forfeits, auto-forfeit preferences, billing eligibility, search timing, request status, error responses, latency, and other diagnostics needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Payment and billing information
Payments are processed by Stripe. FlexShark may store payment status, Stripe customer and invoice identifiers, invoice amounts, invoice status, billing history, failed payment indicators, refunds, service-fee calculations, and related billing metadata. Full card numbers and sensitive card security codes are handled by Stripe and are not stored by FlexShark.
Support, tickets, and communications
If you contact support, use the contact form, reply by email, Telegram, or another support channel, we may store the message, contact details, account context, ticket status, replies, attachments you provide, and internal notes so we can investigate and respond. Support replies may include relevant account context to help resolve the issue.
AI-assisted support
If AI support features are enabled, ticket text, draft replies, account-status context, and related support information may be sent to configured AI providers to generate, refine, or summarize support responses. AI output is intended to assist support staff or users and should be reviewed before relying on it.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, FlexShark may store email, Telegram, and web-push delivery preferences, device subscription details, delivery status, and notification history. You can disable optional notification channels from your account settings, subject to required service or billing notices.
Technical information
We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location derived from network data, access times, pages viewed, referrer URLs, API responses, error logs, and security events to improve reliability, diagnose issues, detect abuse, and protect the service.
Cookies and local storage
We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, support security controls, measure site performance, and improve the product experience. Blocking these technologies may prevent parts of FlexShark from working correctly.
How we use information
We use information to provide the service, run automation configured by the user, process billing, provide support, send notifications, protect accounts, detect abuse, troubleshoot performance, improve product quality, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
Information sharing and disclosure
We may share information with service providers needed to operate FlexShark, including hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, messaging providers, analytics or diagnostics tools, AI providers, security providers, and infrastructure vendors. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer.
International processing
FlexShark, its infrastructure, and service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Those countries may have different privacy and data-protection laws. We take reasonable steps to use service providers and controls appropriate for the information being processed.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain billing and tax records, resolve disputes, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, support security, and keep operational history. Some logs and backups may remain for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
Security measures
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for maintaining secure access to their own email, FlexShark account, payment account, and connected third-party accounts.
Your rights and choices
You may request access, correction, update, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification, operational requirements, billing records, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and legitimate service needs. You may also update many account preferences directly from the dashboard.
Account deletion
Users may request account deletion. Deletion removes or deactivates personal information where retention is not required for legal, billing, tax, security, dispute-resolution, or operational reasons. Some anonymized, aggregated, or backup data may remain where it no longer identifies you or where retention is required.
Children and eligibility
FlexShark is intended for adults who are legally able to use delivery-platform services and enter into these terms. We do not knowingly provide the service to children.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy periodically. Significant changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of FlexShark after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
