Common questions

What is FlexShark and how does it work?

FlexShark is an Amazon Flex automation bot that uses filters and scheduled windows to grab delivery blocks that match your preferred pay, station, and time range.

How do I set up FlexShark?

Create your account, link your Amazon Flex session, set filters, configure schedule windows, then press Start on the Dashboard.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New users can use demo access without adding a card. In the current flow, the demo period starts when the first block is accepted.

Is FlexShark compatible with Android and iOS?

FlexShark is controlled from a web browser, so it works from phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.

Can using FlexShark lead to account warnings, suspension, or deactivation?

Amazon may restrict, warn, suspend, or deactivate accounts for third-party automation. Each driver is responsible for deciding whether to use FlexShark and for any consequences from that use.

Why choose FlexShark?

FlexShark combines filters, scheduling, calendar review, earnings history, referrals, auto-forfeit, billing readiness, and support in one workspace.

Why do I need to link my Amazon Flex account?

FlexShark needs a session from the Amazon login flow to make requests on your behalf. It does not ask for or store your Amazon password.

What is Auto-Forfeit?

Auto-Forfeit can forfeit blocks before it is too late if you do not want to keep them. You can toggle it for individual blocks in Calendar.

What is the difference between Bot Schedule Time and Bot Filter Time?

Schedule time controls when the bot searches. Filter time controls which block start times the bot is allowed to accept.

Schedule vs Filter: what should I change?

Use Schedule when you want to decide when FlexShark is allowed to look for offers. Use Filters when you want to decide which offers FlexShark may accept. Example: disabling Saturday on Schedule stops searching on Saturday, but it does not block a Saturday block found on Friday. To block Saturday blocks, disable Saturday in Filters. Example: setting Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in Filters means only blocks that start during that Friday time range can be accepted.

Why can a Saturday block be accepted if Saturday is disabled on my Schedule page?

The Schedule page controls when FlexShark is allowed to search for offers. It does not control the start day of blocks that can be accepted. For example, if Friday search is enabled, FlexShark may find a future Saturday block while searching on Friday. Whether that Saturday block can be accepted is controlled by your active Filter. To block Saturday offers, disable Saturday in the active filter day rules, not only on the Schedule page. Filter times are checked against the block start time in your account timezone.
