Common billing questions

What is the service fee for using your platform?

We charge a 3.5% service fee on Flex blocks accepted through FlexShark. Forfeited blocks on the FlexShark website are not charged.

Do you charge for Flex blocks booked through the official app?

No. We do not charge for Flex blocks booked through the official Amazon Flex app.

How and when is the invoice generated?

Invoices are generated around Wednesday midnight for blocks accepted in the previous week.

Is my card information safe?

Payments are processed by Stripe. FlexShark does not store card information.

If I forfeit a block on FlexShark, will I be charged?

No. Forfeited blocks on FlexShark are not charged.

Do you charge a fee on tips?

No. Tips are yours to keep.

What is the refund policy?

If you are overcharged, contact support with a screenshot of your Earnings from the Flex app. Refunds can take 5-10 business days.

Why is my invoice rounded down to zero?

Some invoices may be rounded down to help offset card processing fees and taxes.

What is the payment failure fee?

A small payment failure fee may be added to the next invoice if card payment is declined.
